*Fixed Pricing based on H2 Class Waffle pod slab with up to no greater than 500mm of fall over the building envelope and 400mm of fill. If land is not titled then site costs with be based on developer`s engineering plans & plan of subdivision. Community Infrastructure Levy & Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) 12.5 or greater not included in fixed site costs pricing.

 

Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) will be confirmed with site survey or section 32. Developer approval is not included in fixed site costs but is included in our Fixed Price House & Land Package prices, however developers may request changes to facades/Plans depending on timing of developers approval. Package Price does not include any costs associated with Developer's Corner Façade treatment requirements (which will be confirmed by Central Property at first initial appointment).

 

Stamp duty, government, legal or bank charges are paid by the client. Images for illustrative purposes only & may depict (depending on Inclusion range) upgrade options available at additional charges such as lighting, window furnishings, timber look garage door & timber windows. Pricing also excludes features not supplied by Central Property, including fencing, landscaping, letterbox & Decking. All sizes are Approximates and please refer to working drawings for exact sizes.
